Payment and shipping cost
You can pay by Bank transfer
All prices are (EXW) Ex-works, Svendborg Denmark.
The invoice is payable net within 14 days after invoice date.
The invoice is issued and mailed to the customer, when the order is shipped.
First delivery to new customer can only be dispatched against prepayment.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Euro (EUR)

Delivery
Order is usually dispatched 6-8 workdays after the order has been accepted.
If you wish for a different delivery date, it is possible. Please indicate in your order the week you would like it to be shipped. We will dispatch according to your request, and the invoice will be generated and emailed once the order is shipped.”
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and should only be regarded as a guideline. G-Bork II Aps cannot be held responsible for delays when the estimated delivery dates are exceeded by the delivery firm or the local customs authorities.
Right of canellation
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased from G-Bork II Aps, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Requests for cancellation must reach us no later than 14 days after the goods have been delivered.
Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent to info@santa-and-friends.com. In the notification, your wish to use the right of cancellation must be clearly noted.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling or using the item which was not strictly necessary to ascertain the functionality and qualities of said item. In other words, you can try out or test an item in the same way you would try out or test an item in a real, physical store.
If an item has been tested or used in ways that exceed those described above, the item can be considered to be “used” which means that when you cancel the order you will receive less than the original purchase price or no refund at all – depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to have the entire original purchase price refunded, you may only try or use an item as you would do in a regular shop – again, you can try out the item, but not really use it.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to G-bork II Aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. We consider 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, or you can get your money back or a reduction of the price, all depending on the actual situation.
It is, however, necessary that the claim is warranted, and that the defect is not the result of improper usage of the product or other damaging or inappropriate behavior.
Before you return an item, please contact us info@santa-and-friends.com and explain what the problem is and include as many details as possible.
Do not send the item back before we have communicated about the problem.
Please note – we do not accept packages that are sent COD or by other similar methods of delivery.
Remember that the goods must be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt when you send the item so we can refund your shipping costs.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the claim is legitimate, we will naturally refund any reasonable shipping costs.
